Mortgage Planning

This is a relationship, not just a transaction.

In order to work effectively it requires defined accountability. At Prineville Mortgage Group the Mortgage Planning Process consists of the following five steps:

Establish and define the Client-Planner relationship:

We will ask you for information about your financial situation and your time frame for results and success. After gathering all the necessary documentation from you we will make our recommendations and clearly explain or document the services we will provide to you.

Analyze and evaluate your financial status:

We will analyze your information to assess your current situation and determine what you must do to meet your goals. This will include analyzing your credit situation, real estate, equity, debt situation and cash flow.

Develop and present recommendations:

We will offer mortgage planning recommendations that address your goals based on the information you provide. Your Mortgage Planner will go over the recommendations with you to help you understand them so that you can make informed decisions.

Implement recommendations:

Your Mortgage Planner will guide you through the process of implementation. The mortgage planner may serve as your "coach," coordinating the whole process with you and other professionals such as CPAs, CFP’s, Attorneys, Realtors, Builders, Insurance Professionals and other qualified advisors.

Monitor your progress:

Your Mortgage Planner will monitor and review your progress toward achieving your goals. You will receive quarterly Market Updates and an annual mortgage review. During this review, your mortgage planner can adjust their recommendations, if needed, as your life changes.
